Quality Policy

It is Kew Computers intention to be the chosen partner for the provision of new and used quality computer peripherals and parts for the European maintenance market. In our quest for this we undertake to provide our customers with a high level of service.

It is our policy to endeavour to meet all our customers requirements and to ensure that our objectives we set ourselves are met, these being:

Guarantee prompt response to all enquiries.

Provide products that are clean, tested, packed and clearly labelled.

Meet our specified delivery undertakings and traceability of product.

Provide industry standard warranty on all products.

To address warranty returns within a prompt and efficient manner.

To ensure that these objectives are met we have implemented a Quality Management System. This enables us to review our policy, objectives and methods and make improvements wherever and whenever possible.
