1. DOA (Defective on Arrival) goods
DOA is defined as a product that fails upon installation. DOA products may be returned for credit or exchange. To receive full credit or replacement goods, products must be returned complete (all packaging materials, accessory items, power cords, software, etc.) along with an RMA number as detailed below.
2. Manufacturer warranty goods
Please contact Kew
Computers ISP department before returning any product to us. We will issue you
an RMA number that will serve as your reference number and must be visible on
all documents and returned boxes.
We request that you have the following information available before contacting
us.
· Customer purchase order number
· Kew Computers invoice number
· Part Number and product description
· Serial Number
· Reasons for the return
Once this information is received,
our technical support department will be informed and verification of the
return of the product will be provided. Once the return is approved, an RMA
number will be issued immediately. The RMA number will be valid for 15 days.
All items must be returned prepaid to Kew Computers Limited, Unit 78 Woolmer Way, Woolmer Trading Estate, Bordon, Hampshire, GU35 9QF. All items returned freight collect or without the proper RMA label will be refused.
We will process your RMA upon receipt of returned goods. Credits or replacement goods will not be approved until such time as a full technical evaluation of the returned product has been completed. 10 working days should be allowed from time of receipt by Kew Computers.
3. Product re-stocking fees
A minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged on all goods returned with the exception of DOA equipment and manufacturer warranty goods confirmed as faulty following a full technical evaluation by Kew Computers. Our customers will receive a full credit for the return and will receive a separate invoice referencing the invoice number on which the product was returned against and the restocking fee charged.
